Hi All,

Will my application be PCI Compliant if I use an encrypted card reader?

The video in the training sessions says so, but I am just wondering about the pin code? I assume that my application would have to collect the pin code and communicate it to authorize.net though the API along with the encrypted card data? But then how should the pin code be handled in a safe manner?

Hello @texton

All of our APIs are used through only an http POST. Regarding your question about PIN based transaction, we do not currently support any transaction types that take PIN input.
