When we use relay response.after the successfull payment the client's browser URL is not changed and still shows the URL as the "authorize.net../ transaction.dll" why is it so? Please advice

Is there any sample code in C# for the relay response scenario that shows how to parse the information received in aspx/html page sett as relay reponse UR? Please advice
