&lt;P&gt;These additional fields are required by the processors and are currently only required for EU or UK merchants. &amp;nbsp;If additional requirements from processors are needed, we will update our documentation to reflect this.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The default settings in Authorize.Net will not work if the &lt;STRONG&gt;account&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;are an EU or UK merchant and/or any merchant accepting GBP or EUR&lt;/STRONG&gt;. If you are a merchant operating in the EU or UK, or are accepting EUR or GBP, then the following fields will be required for processing:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;First Name&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Last Name&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Address&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;City&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;State&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Country&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Email&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need to know&amp;nbsp;what are all the cases similar like these.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
