      <description>&lt;P&gt;Login to the merchant account and search on that transactionID.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My guess it the transaction did fail with a generalError. And failed/declined transactions do get settled once a day.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That 200 FDC omaha error usually mean an account setup issue, call support.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
