&lt;P&gt;Can you duplicate this in the sandbox, or does it only occur in your production account? &amp;nbsp;Are you using CIM for customer profiles?&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Authorize.net charging twice</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When a transaction is submitted with AUTH_CAPTURE using integration code, sometimes Authorize.net charging twice, once for the original amount and once for the $0.00. And customer receiving email for two charges one for original amount and one for $0.00. And we found this is happening in case of lost internet connection or credit card declined. What can be done to fix this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not using CIM. Customer credit card information is stored in our database.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Our code loops through a list of invoice numbers and for each invoice number sends a AUTH_CAPTURE transaction&amp;nbsp; request to Authorize.net. One of the transaction in the loop is credit card declined. And we are seeng two set of&amp;nbsp;transactions once with original amount and once with $0.00 amount for all invoices in the list and for the $0.00 amount we see valid amount required error.&amp;nbsp; Does Authorize.net try to resubmit in case of creditcard declines&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Authorize.Net does not retry transactions. &amp;nbsp;For each API Request, there is a corresponding Transaction ID.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you duplicate in the sandbox? &amp;nbsp;If this is for your production account, I would recommend contacting customer support as they have better tools to look at your transactions.&lt;/P&gt;
