      <title>SHA-2 Troubles - URGENT</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have followed all instructions provided by Authorizenet from this link:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A target="_blank" href="http://community.developer.authorize.net/t5/The-Authorize-Net-Developer-Blog/Production-Certificate-Upgrades-begin-May-27-2015/bc-p/50616#M464"&gt;http://community.developer.authorize.net/t5/The-Authorize-Net-Developer-Blog/Production-Certificate-Upgrades-begin-May-27-2015/bc-p/50616#M464&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, we cannot submit transactions. &amp;nbsp;Every transaction comes back with the mesage: &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"An error occurred when attempting to connect with the credit card processor".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The SHA-2 patch was applied by Authorizenet overnight. &amp;nbsp;Can someone help me troubleshoot this because Authorizenet support is not helping.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
