How could I know when the sandbox account service is down?

How could I know when the sandbox account service is down? I'm doing some testing, sometimes works and sometimes don't. I want to be sure that is not my code. Is there any way to know if the sandbox is down?

Hi AuthComm25,

We are looking into publishing a monitoring service for our sandbox environment, but do not currently offer anything publicly. For now, the best way to check if our sandbox environment is up is to open a Web browser to https://test.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll. Make sure the URL starts with "https" and not "http" as Authorize.Net blocks access to that URL via unsecured HTTP. You should get a response of "(13) The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive." This is a positive response.
