<P>We are using the default HTTP character set of ISO-8859-1. This can be inferred from the content-type&nbsp;HTTP header tag that we are sending. Specifically, we are only specifying a content type of text/html with no override of the default character set. The usage of a different character set would be called out in this header value.</P>
