PHP version when using anet_php_sdk its not working

i have installed php sample store on my server few months ago it was working fine.

but from last few days its not working . even its not giving me any response code.

getting these errors

Hi atuls53,

The best guess as to why you are seeing blank response is that you are not able to successfully establish a connection to our server. Unfortunately, it would be impossible for me to guess as to why this connection is failing without further information.
