Hi gldev018,

The firstSettlementDate and lastSettlementDate are both used if you want a range of dates other than the past 24 hrs, which is the default, in retrieving your batch information.

I have some confuse, when settlementDateSpecified in true and a range of dates should convert to UTC.(2010-09-21T16:00:00Z)
