Transaction from a customers back account to another customers bank account

Hello,

I want to know how I can transfer money from one customers bank account/card to another customers back account after deducting some service charge. Is there any provision for that in Authorize.net?

I saw the eCheck feature, but I couldn;t figure out how I could transfer between two customer accounts.

Also If somebody could provide the APIs that would be great.

Nope. Authorize.net do payment processing, not user to user payment.
