Relay Response (SIM) dropping Query string

Working for years. After Authorize.NET update on 9/8/2015 Relay Response is dropping Query String.

Using Tomcat and the relay URL is similar to http://myserver.com/relayresponse;jsessionid=A2C4HH6A11

Using jsessionid to keep track of session. Is there anyway to continue passing the sessionid?

This is likely the same issue I am having.. It appears that the x_relay_url isn't being honored at all, but in fact it might be dropping the query string. This is a huge mess causing hundreds of opencart.com users issues with missing orders.
