I entered correct username and password but i got this response.

Before a mobile device can be used, it must be registered and approved in the merchant interface. See http://youtu.be/bNYiW94m8D8 for more details.

I followed the steps shown in this videos http://youtu.be/bNYiW94m8D8. After I logged, in mobile device i am unable to view the device name/details under Account /Mobile device mangement.

The below error is appearing
