Hello I am migrating from magento to woocomerce is there anyway i can migrate my current cim with my customer data to the woocommerce platform

Hi coltonelliott,

Are you going to use the same Authorize.Net gateway account with Woocommerce? If you are then your customer data should remain since you are using the same API credentials.

I am in almost similar situation but my merchant is forced to change Auth.net account, too.

CIM tokens use a combination of customer and merchant IDs so it looks like account change will break users' token they collected so far.

Is there anything we can do to help that user to migrate her accounts and have her tokens working?

Hello @Ambal

If your merchant is required to open a new gateway, it's not possible to move the existing customer profiles to the new account.

How many customer profiles are currently stored?

Btw, it is not a new gateway. It is the same Auth.net gateway, but a new account there. It is a bank change and their new bank requires a new account with the same gateway.
