CIM API call CreateTransactionRequest get error E00041

I am trying to create a transaction using customer profileId and paymentProfileId.

I am using same sample API code available here https://github.com/AuthorizeNet/sample-code-csharp/blob/master/PaymentTransactions/ChargeCustomerProfile.cs.

I am getting error E00041 - One or more fields must contain a value

Error message doesn't give more details like the field name. Am I missing something?

I would suggest raising an issue in GitHub for this sample code. It will notify the developer responsible who can begin looking at it right away.
