No response form Sandbox account on some hours

Hi,

I'm in Europe time zone and when I'm developing in morning hours (After the midnight hours in US)

Lot of times I don't get any response from Sandbox account (response is null without any inidcation that request hass passed throught).

When I try the same request in the evening (afternoon in the US) sandbox are giving response and everything is working just fine.

This is making things to develop harder to me. Is there some maintainence things happening at that hours or can sombody provide any more informations on it? Is there something that I can do about it?

I''m developing on Windows8 with .NET if that is impportant.

Are you able to log the entire response from the gateway?
