Refund Transaction Card Error

Hi,

I am using Refund transaction API and as per the document we have to send last 4 digit of card number in the request. But it gives invalid card number error.

I tried to link it with CIM API also still the same error.

Neither authorize store full card numebr nor I stor in my DB for security reasons.

Can anyone suggest me a way to achieve this.

Hello @anoopasta

Have you tried using using the Transaction ID for refTransId from the original transaction instead of the card number?

There's transaction successful message but all is again reversed after day or two on my website.
