Try to sign up for Verified Merchant Seal get 'An unexpected error..'

I am trying to sign up for the Merchant seal.

When I go to the merchant seal section and click Sign Up, it gives me the error:

"An unanticipated error occurred while processing this request. Please click your browser’s Back button to return to the previous page"

And I cannot sign up or access the code to install the seal into my site.

Please help.

I'd like to also say I have tried it in Chrome, FireFox, IE and Safari on iPhone and all show same error.

I would recommend contacting customer support if you are having trouble with your production account.

Will do. Was hoping it was something someone has experienced before with a work around as support isn't open until Monday.

But if I have to wait until Monday, I will.
