    <description>&lt;P&gt;Installed composer, grabbed the 30M (!!!!) worth of files needed to run your Hello World script and still,&amp;nbsp;I ran into the same issue as this person.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.bountysource.com/issues/28045389-fatal-error-class-symfony-component-yaml-yaml-not-found-in" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.bountysource.com/issues/28045389-fatal-error-class-symfony-component-yaml-yaml-not-found-in&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is the point of having the community go throught the rigmarole to&amp;nbsp;create a massive amount of bloat if it's not even going to be correct??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It looks like another developer encountered this same issue before. I recommend that you refer to his &lt;A href="https://community.developer.cybersource.com/t5/Integration-and-Testing/Can-t-even-get-the-stinkin-charge-credit-card-php-to-work/m-p/52863/highlight/true#M28063" target="_blank"&gt;post &lt;/A&gt;and see what other developers suggested.&lt;/P&gt;
