I'm looking to use SIM with ASP classic, and I have questions:

Where do I get the sim.asp file? I don't see it for downloading anywhere.

What value goes into the x_login field in my submission form?

Is it still possible to integrate SIM with ASP Classic or should I switch to PHP? Switching to PHP would require reprogramming our pages, so that is not preferred.
