      <title>SIM and Canadian credit cards</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We cannot process Canadian credit cards when rejecting response A (zip code). &amp;nbsp;Canadian cards do work when not rejecting response A, however we do want that setting. &amp;nbsp;Any way around this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
