E00027 'Card code is required' error using Hosted CIM set-up

Hi,

My developer keeps on getting the E00027 'Card Code is required' error using the Hosted CIM platform:

Right now the card code is not required to create a customer profile (my developer also stated that the FDS settings should be set to disabled for the Hosted CIM set-up).
But it appears the Card code is required to complete a transaction with authorize.net.

Integration Suggestions: The FIELD is set as Required in the Merchant Interface and the FIELD is not being sent to the gateway. To change the FIELD value to NOT REQUIRED: Login to the Merchant Interface ( https://secure.authorize.net ), click on Settings and Profile -> Payment Form -> Form Fields and uncheck the Required box for the particular FIELD.

There are no fields set to 'require' in my payment form, other then the security code.
But even when not setting the security code to required, we still see the same error
.
Could there be other settings that needed to be changed other than these?

Did you turn on the CVV security validation on the account? or it might be your processor required the fields.

It is only happen to visa credit card?

Hi,

The CVV security validation on the account is disabled. So far we have been testing using visa credit card. I am not familiar with the processor you mentioned. How can I check it?

@jdumaya Could you please call Merchant Support at 877-447-3938, so we can assist you with this issue? We'd like to check your Production account to see if you've enabled the Card Code field in the Payment Form settings, as well as to confirm there's no processor issues. Thanks.

Thanks for your reply.

I called the merchant support, and your colleague Nikita verified that it is a Processor issue -->my processor is requiring the Card Code for all Transactions.

I will pass this information along to my Developer - and to ensure that the Card Code is required in every transaction in my website.
