Confused. Is there still a hosted server---like SIM---or not?

Seems like everything I read on the AN site talks about client-based data collection services (CIM, AIM) so I have been advising my clients accordingly. Then today one of my clients pointed me to a site where, upon purchasing, I am shot to a AN site for payment (looks like the old SIM). So, is SIM available or not???????
