Manually test Silent Post URL from ARB subscriptions?

How can I test run an ARB renewal manually, without having to wait till next day or month, so I can have the Silent Post URL sent back to my site and debug/process the transaction data accordingly?

Having an ARB subscrition settled on our sandbox account, I can't see any way to manually trigger a renewal/recurrent transaction. Does this means this is not possible and I will have to wait until the next day when my renewal transaction happens?
