Silent Post - Failed to establish connection

Hi,

I am using http://authnet.johnconde.net/tools/silent-post/simulator.php to get a silent post response. However, it throws an error saying "Failed to establish connection with Silent Post URL".

I verified the URL which is used and 'am able to communicate with it. Is there anything I need to be taken care?

The URL is of http://

The HTTPServer application is developed in Delphi 7.0
