I'm unable to see your image. But the next thing to check would be that you've entered an MD5 has value in the merchant interface and entered the same value in your configuration. This is basically a shared secret between systems.

I have been able to configure a hotspot+user manager - microtik router with Router OS 6.37 to use Authorize.net as payment. After signing up to create a new account for the hotspot, I am redirected to https://test.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll , as user manager is set to "Test Gateway" mode. I have created a developer sandbox account and it's set to LIVE mode as indicated in other posts, but I still get the Merchant Invalid (13) error.

Has anyone worked with this? http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/User_Manager/User_payments#Authorize.Net_setup

This is the configuration screen for microtik and I have inserted all the information from https://sandbox.authorize.net/

I've tried everything and I am currently out of options. No matter what I do, I get error 13. Has anyone faced this issue?

I am willing to pay a fee if someone has fixed this problem.

Thanks in Advance.

Hello @matixtatic

I would suggest confirming your credentials using the API Reference. Use the Try It tab under Authentication.

Could this be a firewall/NAT issue?

Thanks
