Need a detail about an error message

2	35	An error occurred during processing. Call Merchant Service Provider.	The merchant was incorrectly set up at the processor.

I am getting this error in live envirnoment. Please suggest me the reason and the solution to this error.

Hello @sourav

This message indicates there is a problem with the merchant account setup with Authorize.Net. The merchant should contact Customer Support to resolve: http://support.authorize.net

Thanks for thr Reply.

When i contact support of authorize.net they told me to contact barcklays.

What and where is the problem. please help

Have you contacted Barclays?
