Account inactive error in sandbox using Direct Post Method

I set my sandbox account to Live mode and No Password Required. I post the "https://test.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll" endpoint a form containing the required x_* hidden form fields, including x_login set to the correct API login ID.

I get an error "(13) The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive." as a response.

I verified that the account is active via https://sandbox.authorize.net/

This used to work a couple of months ago. Has there been any changes I should be aware of?

If you are using DPM, we would suggest migrating to Accept.js using our JavaScript library.
