Accept Customer Hosted "edit payment" Form

Using the API method getHostedProfilePageRequest to load hosted forms for managing CIM profiles. On the hosted form for editing a payment profile, the CVV field is not editable unless the parameter "hostedProfileCardCodeRequired" is set to true on the initial getHostedProfilePageRequest call. The field appears to activate (blue underline, etc.), but remains blank despite typing numbers.

The client should be able to add a CVV in a payment profile update, without absolutely requiring that CVV...right?

CVV is only used when generating a test transaction under CIM. Per PCI DSS, we are not permitted to store the CVV in a CIM profile.

That said, we're researching your question now. Which browsers are you seeing this behavior in? Can you provide the specific browsers and version numbers, please?

Also, how is hostedProfileValidationMode set?

This has been the case in both testMode and liveMode for hostedProfileValidationMode. For most of the time it has been in testMode.

I can reproduce the issue in Safari 10 on macOS 10.12.

This continues to be an issue on the hosted form. Any clarification, fixes, response?

We filed a bug when you initially reported the issue. We're checking on the status now.

I apologize for not updating the thread sooner.

Update: We plan on fixing this issue after Peak Season is over, although we may not be able to release the fix until February. We'll try to do it sooner if at all possible.
