I am getting this error on my iframe communicator

Mixed Content: The page at 'https://test.authorize.net/payment/payment' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure resource 'http://testwebsite/index.php/script/loader'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.

Is there a way to use an HTTP page instead of HTTPS?
