    <description>&lt;P&gt;We have discovered a security issue related to Discover Card transactions processed via the virtual terminal.&amp;nbsp; This does not seem to occur with payment via our website.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With the CCV handling fraud filter enabled Discover cards are being declined.&amp;nbsp; Disable that and the transaction goes through.&amp;nbsp; Users report they are entering the correct CCV codes.&amp;nbsp; Is anyone else experiencing this?&amp;nbsp; Is there a fix or a workaround, other than our current method of turning the fraud protection off and on?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Based on your description, this may be related to your Merchant Service Provider. &amp;nbsp;I would recommend contacting Customer Support and have them look at the account.&lt;/P&gt;
