Debit Bank Account What Happens On Rejection

I am allowing our customer to pay using eCheck. I know that we'll need to wait until payment clears the customer's bank account in order to give them the service they paid for.

My question is what do I use in order to know when the transaction was successful? Web Hooks, i'd imagine -- or is there something else I am missing? Also, how would I be notified if the account info given was not valid, or no funds were available? Is there a Web Hook for that?

There aren't any eCheck specific Webhooks, although that's something we can possibly add.
