Doing a refund of CIM transaction

Hello All,

I am tried to do a refund of CIM transaction as per the guidelines

I am passsing via Authorize.net SDK.

But I am getting a errorCode : 33 - Customer ID is required.

My questions are :-

Is it mandatory to send Customer ID & Payment profile id?
If User makes a Payment profile with Mastercard and does transaction e.g 123456 now he updates the payment profile to a visa can 123456 be refunded using the customer id & payment profile id?
