      <title>Request fails in Sandbox, but succeeds in Production</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a PHP script that was working in the Sandbox and I took some time off, and now when I run my code it fails.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;What is strange is that the exact same code works in both Test and Live in my Production account.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I checked my API Login ID and created a new Transaction Key in my Sandbox account, but it still fails.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For the sandbox I am using (minus spaces): &amp;nbsp;https:// apitest . authorize . net/xml/v1/request.api&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the sandbox, I am getting a properly formed Request XML String and a properly formed Request Object, but for the Response XML String I just get: &amp;nbsp;boolean false&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What could be causing this issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
