Getting error after transaction is complete from authorize.net

Hi,

We have been getting this error for some time now. The orders still go through but after the end user leaves the authorize.net page after finishing their order it redirects and shows this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method Redis_Object_Cache::incr2() in /home/content/a2pnexwpnas02_data01/69/3565269/html/wp-content/object-cache.php on line 242

We have tried everything and do not know why it happens but can only assume it is on your end because it didn't show up in the sandbox mode and it didn't show up when there was a free item purchased (which means the order never went through your process) and it only shows up after it goes through your process and gets redirected to display the above error.

Please advise

Are you using a plugin to connect with the Authorize.Net payment gateway?

Yes, we are using the authorize.net payment gateway for woocommerce plugin.

I would suggest you also contact the developer of the plugin as they may be able to assist you.
