Error 35 - I am getting error 35 when I try to transact on production environment.

I am getting error 35 when I try to transact on production environment. I am using SDK from Github. the code works for Sandbox account. However when I use my customer's API credentials, I am getting error 35. Can someone help?

Error 35 suggests there is an issue in the processor setup. You could start by contacting customer support to ensure your gateway is setup properly.

1)I got the same 35 error, i am using hosted form in iframe,which worked till yesterday evening , in the night onwords its been giving me the error for any sandbox account. please let me know what is problem and the solution.

2)one more problem in the i frame cancel button , which is redirecting to the page in ithe iframe itself rather the the browser.

please let me know asap, we are in very much needy,
