&lt;P&gt;Is this with your production or sandbox account? &amp;nbsp;If production, may I suggest contacting customer support by phone at 877-447-3938. &amp;nbsp;They have additional tools available to them to help diagnose your issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If a sandbox transaction, please provide a sample request and response with any sensitive information removed.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>AVS Disabled, Appears Transactions Still Declined Due To AVS</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We are getting transactions declined because of AVS, even though we have AVS disabled. &amp;nbsp;Has anybody else experienced this? &amp;nbsp;If so what was the cause? &amp;nbsp;Our General AVS settings for B,E,R,G,U, and S are all "Allow, Report Triggered Filters". &amp;nbsp; Our address and Zip Code REsponses are "Allow, Report Triggered Filters" for N, and "Allow" for A,Z,W,Y.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
