React native recurring billing

To whom it may concern,

We are working on a React native mobile app. The backend is being developed in Java Spring.
We need to set up the app so it can process one-time payment and recurring billing, depending on what customer chose.

As I understood I can use Accept.js API for both of these.
When I get nonce from Authorize server I send it to my server with the information about the amount and if it is recurring or not. My server then can set up either a one-time payment or recurring billing with the nonce I got?

Or should I create a subscription and everything on the React native mobile app, but that doesn't seem as good as the first option.

If you have any other suggestions I would be happy to hear it.
