We have a customer in the UK who is using the Accept Customer Form with CIM:

https://developer.authorize.net/api/reference/features/customer_profiles.html#Using_the_Accept_Customer_Hosted_Form

However for UK customers, the form has a poor user experience. In particular:

The form labels are very US-centric

UK is not the first option in the Country dropdown

Is there any way to better optimize this form for Auth.NET accounts registered for the UK?

-Nick
