      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We're trying to QC a new release of our intergration and our transactions are not being settled.&amp;nbsp; We even created a new test account and still are receiving the same results.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Our loginID is&amp;nbsp;abledev2017&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Transactions 42 - 48 are the test transactions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Test account is in live mode.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your help!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mike&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Over the last few days, the settlement process on the sandbox system had an issue that left some batches unsettled. The problem has since been resolved.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry about any inconvenience this was causing you. Batches that had previously not been settled should be settled within the next day. If your transactions are still not settled after that, let us know.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
