Hi,

We are getting the error namely "The VITAL identification numbers are incorrect. Call Merchant Service Provider." when we try to place orders and it is blocking our production. Can you please let us know what could be the problem here. We are currently on Magento 1 platform.

Since that's a problem relating to the configuration of your account, I probably wouldn't be able to help in this forum. That's something that will have to be solved by verifying the identification numbers with your merchant service provider and contacting our support department.
