I am supporting an application originally implemented in 2008 which uses the SOAP API to communicate with authorize.net.

We are now interested in utilizing Accept.js to reduce our PCI Risk. I now see that the SOAP API was deprecated as of Nov. 2016. I cannot find any explicit mention that SOAP API does NOT support sending the payment nonce generated by Accept.js, but I also cannot find any accommodation in the SOAP API for that option.

I'm assuming that I'll have to migrate to using the Authorize.Net API in order to take advantage of Accept.js, but could anybody please confirm?

I know I'll need to migrate at some point, but with no end-of-life announcement (yet) for the SOAP API, I was hoping I wouldn't have to tackle that right now...

-John Phillips

Yes, we dont support accept.js in SOAP endpoint. Please check out github solution for accept solution to try out - https://github.com/AuthorizeNet/accept-sample-app.

SOAP endpoint is going to sunset soon. So, currently, we dont recommend building solutions on this.

-Bhavana
