Hello,

I am hoping for some assistance.I have linked my Personal account to My Enterprise account because it's convenient.
whenever i am outside office network and try to login, i get error "Login disallowed because of failed ip/dns check", and it doesn't work outside office network. Ideally lastpass should let me access my personal data when i am outside office network. is there a workaround or i will have to go back to my original approach of maintaining two different account and keep switching between them ?. I will appreciate if you could send me detailed integration pointers or help me with explainer videos will be great. Please help me out.

Any help will be appreciated.
Thank you.

Hi @aaraonpawlak
Can you provide some context on which type of account you're having a problem with?
Are you a merchant? Is it your MINT account?
Are you a reseller? Is it your RINT/PINT account?

If the question is not related to your Authorize.Net accounts, and you are instead talking about LastPass accounts, it would be best to raise this query in their forums. I see a similar issue already open in LastPass forum - https://forums.lastpass.com/viewtopic.php?f=35&t=287075

Hope this helps.
