Hi,

The API for ARBUpdateSubscriptionRequest does not allow to update a status. But here is what I can suggest for your scenario

1) Cancel the current subscription and hence it will complete.

2) Start another subscirption AFTER the time period that customer wants it as free with the same amount and details.

Do you have Automatic Retry enabled ?

If the AutoRetry is enabled (this cannot be reverted once enabled), & if the subscription is somehow suspended and resumed after say 2 months, then the charging shall start from the month that it is resumed.

One of the many ways in which a subscription gets suspended is due to failure in charging the card.

Does this help to solve your problem ?

Regards

~ Rajvi

Hi,

Is there any way to change an ARB subscription to 'suspended' via API call.

If possible, also i need to make the suspended subscription ACTIVE after some time via API call(Say 30 or 60 or 90 days)

use case: a user needs 2 free months. Seems like one way to do this is suspend the subscription for 2 months and then to resume it.

Is this possible?

Suggest me with possible ways.

Thanks,

Suresh Babu R
