Connection Error

We recently started getting errors for CIM profile transactions while connecting to Authorize .Net in production environment. The error that we are getting is: The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send.

It was working perfectly fine few days back and no changes have been made to the production code. Amy insight to this issue will be very helpful.

Server used: Windows Server 2008 SP2

Application environment: .NET 3.5

You will need to upgrade your platform to support a TLS 1.2 connection. Please see our TLS FAQ for more information.

Thanks Richard. I was able to do the upgrades and now getting successful connection with Sandbox environment but authorize .net production is still throwing the same error.

Which endpoint are you using? If you're using https://api* or https://secure*, please try switching to api2 or secure2.
