Phone number is not a valid field for the billTo in createSubscription method call. See the schema at https://api.authorize.net/xml/v1/schema/AnetApiSchema.xsd One way to associate the phone number is to create a customer profile (https://developer.authorize.net/api/reference/index.html#customer-profiles-create-customer-profile ) and then create a Subscription from that https://developer.authorize.net/api/reference/index.html#recurring-billing-create-a-subscription-from-customer-profile Hope this helps.
