Implementation of 3DS code

Hello,

Could you tell me how can I implement 3DS code to authorize & capture request?

Because a lot of cards required that staff, but I don't really know how can I find solution for that problem.

1. Where can I get information is code from phone required to transaction?

2. How can I pass that information to request?

3. Is any posibility to test that feature in test mode?

Used technologies:

Backend: (API) C# & Core 2.0 (2.1 in few month)

Frontend: Angular 5 (so it's not possible to add external solutions)
