I cannot see the transcation report.

Hello,

I cannot see the transcation report from month of June in sandbox(test mode). I also verified it again by changing the mode to 'Live' but it did not show any transcations for the month of June and July.

Hi nb1,

So, in Transaction report, are you searching for settled transactions? if yes, then it might not reflect as the settlement is a process which happens once in a day. You can search for these transactions in 'Unsettled transactions' bucket.

Please let me know if you still face this issue.

I verified the unsettled transactions aswell , still I don’t see the transactions that I placed in the report.
