C# In Person SDK swipes

I have developed an app using the c# in-person SDK. The EMV chipper 2 reader is failing to read the chip on about 15% of the cards. I was planning on telling the client to swipe after they try the emv method and it fails, but swipping doesnt seem to be a part of the in-person SDK or is it? I tried swiping with the sample in-person app and the status just changes to insert card.

Hi tygar45,

I have a couple of questions for you in order to isolate the issue.

In the 15% of instances of the failures, is an error occurring or does the SDK not recognize that the card has been inserted?

If the reader fails to read the chip twice it will fall back to swipe, allowing the card to be swiped instead of inserted.

For clarification, please also include the C# SDK version for reference as well.
