Account updater not working in sandbox environment

I turned on Account Updater in our sandbox environment in June 2018 and set up test accounts per the instructions I found on an earlier post. Based on empty reports and no changes to the test accounts, account updater has not been running. Does anyone have advice on getting this feature to work in development? Thanks!

Can you please provide Gateway Id that is used to sign up for Account Updater service?
